• Maintain up-to-date appropriate documentation in your scope of responsibility, including BPMLs, process flows, enterprise structure, and BTS operational procedures.
• Collaborate with power users to document processes from a business perspective.
• Work with the project team and process/business experts to document processes from a technical perspective.
• Ensure QA on the documentation executed by development teams.
