Required

• Experience in SAP FICO
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, including FIORI Applications
• Must have 4 - 5 end to end implementations and 3-4 rollout exp with S4 Hana
• Perform review of customer’s SAP Readiness Check report and Simplification Items check report and plan functional activities / tasks
• Perform Finance Conversion steps - Pre-checks and Preparation, Consistency Checks, Reconciliation, Period-end Closing, Finance Data Migration, Post Conversion Checks
• Perform Functionality Testing - Knowledge of and ability to use testing methodologies, processes and tools for testing of functionality, including unit, integration, system, regression and dry run testing.
• Review and determine Business Partner (BP) approach with project team members and client
• Consulting Experience in Process Modelling/Analysis/Design/Testing/Business Blueprint/Business Process Re-engineering/Workshops/Acquisitions/Sales/Mergers/De-Mergers and organisational mapping for SAP R3 and S4 HANA implementation. Experience in Agile and ASAP Methodology. Experience in implementing IAS and IFRS in SAP.
• Project Management Experience and knowledge of execution of the Project. Experience with Agile Methodology. Configuration Expert in SAP FI REFX,New-GL, Document Splitting, SAP FSCM, Treasury, Cash Management, Liquidity Management, AP, AR, BL, AA, SPL, CCA, PCA, COPA, IO, PS, BCM and IM, Product Costing.
• WRICEF Experience- Experience in Functional Specification, Conversions, Enhancement s, User Exits, Interfaces including ALE and IDOCs and APIs, Workflows, Third Party Software including VIM (Vendor Invoice Management).
• Integration Experience with other modules (SD, MM, PS, PP, HR, IM, FSCM, Treasury, FSCM-IHC)
• Tax Experience for EMEA Countries and American Countries including third party tax determination software (SABRIX), Condition Tables, Access Sequences, BRF+, Tax Reporting requirements for various countries and Plants Abroad Functionality.
• Testing Experience- Handled and Executing Testing scripts (Functional Testing/Integration Testing/UAT) on various tools including Solution Manager and HP Quality Centre/ALM.
• Data Migration roles - various data migration roles on the project and various tools namely LSMW/LTMC( Migration Cockpit) and BAPIs.

Preferred

• Coordinate execution of project tasks in Finance functional area and be comfortable in working under the pressure of tight project deadlines
• Ability to deliver basic SAP training to client end-users (especially using FIORI applications in your area)
• Work closely with end users
• Troubleshoot issues with other project consultants (Logistics, BASIS, FIORI, Development, Security)
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills
