In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

We are looking for a skilled SAP S/4HANA Finance Functional Analyst taking on the role of Reporting Analyst to join our team and contribute to our SAP transformation initiatives. The candidate should possess a good understanding of S/4 Finance. The main function for this role would be to develop Functional Specifications for further use by the Reporting and Analytics technical team. Understanding of running reports using SAP S/4 HANA Embedded Analytics, SAC Analysis for Office, and SAC- SAP Analytics Cloud would be an advantage. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, a team player who is proactive and an effective communicator with ability to work independently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Interact with both business and technical stakeholders of client companies to gather and analyze their reporting and analytical requirements across functional areas and developing functional specifications to be used by the technical Reporting and Analytics team.
• Work with cross functional and technical consultants in identifying the required data, documenting the desired reporting and analytics functionality and supporting the technical Reporting and Analytics team, while ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• Support the execution of Functional Unit Testing and Systems Integration Testing.

Expected to be on-site in downtown Calgary 80 % of the time. This is not a remote work role.
