JOB DESCRIPTION

We are experiencing a rapid growth in our technology business and are looking for motivated and skilled individuals to contribute to the growth of our SAP practice
We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Enterprise Architect to become a critical member of our growing SAP practice across Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane and Perth.
This role will require you to work on client sites, supporting them throughout the whole project life cycle from Conceptual Design through to Go Live and Support. The role requires end-to-end responsibility for pulling together all the components of an SAP solution and produce enterprise and technical architecture artefacts for the program.
This role is a national position, welcoming applicants from any city in Australia that hosts a KPMG office.

  • Background in Management Consulting in a relevant SAP consulting or ERP industry experience
  • Demonstrated experience across multiple S/4HANA Greenfield/Brownfield implementations and conversion cycles
  • Experience with pre-sales activities, including the ability to run requirements gathering and solution decisioning workshops
  • Ability to envision architecture roadmaps; including the transformation planning of current, transition and target states, with clear service boundaries
  • SAP functional knowledge of a combination of Finance, Supply Chain, Enterprise Assets and their interconnection.
  • Experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, NIST etc.
  • SAP architecture experience including, but not limited to, technical planning, installation, configuration, deployment, migration, upgrade, maintenance, support and administration of SAP S/4 HANA, FIORI, SLT, SOLMAN, Cloud ALM) network connectivity, storage, operating system, database, S/4HANA conversions, Unicode conversions etc.
  • Experience of SAP structures (software applications, layers, data models, integrations, hosting platforms, and architectural requirements).
  • Experience in technically architecting public and private SAP cloud environments with client legacy environments. SAP systems include but are not limited to S/4HANA, Ariba, Concur, Fieldglass, SuccessFactors, IBP, BTP, SAC.
  • Experience in SAP security controls including, but not limited to, GRC, IAS, authentication, authorization, single-sign-on, encryption, certificates, firewalls, load-balancers, high-availability, and disaster recovery etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and integrating end-to-end SAP solutions in a client’s environment and context. This includes solution architecture capabilities to annex business process, functional and data needs; plus a sound technical understanding to consider non-functional needs such as public and private cloud constructs, security and platform architecture.
  • This includes the process and technical integration of SAP S/4HANA with other solutions in the SAP estate (as Ariba, SuccessFactors, Concur, SAC, Fieldglass, BTP etc.)
  • Leading all aspects of the enterprise architecture function including architectural standards, governance processes, and providing the vision to explore and effectively utilise emerging technologies.
  • Spearheading the S/4HANA adoption discussions with clients by clearly demonstrating the business benefits of S/4HANA (public and private) and deployment options such as green vs brownfield, Near Zero Downtime (NzDT) methods, and working with technical experts, upgrade sizing, architecture, integration, configuration, management, and day-to-day operation of the S/4HANA environment.
  • Supporting sales at key accounts by leading the scoping, solutioning, estimation and program planning for architecture and technology aspects of SAP implementations. Supporting delivery teams as a subject matter expert (SME) for ongoing S/4HANA programs and lead the initiation and development new one
