The Digital Sales Development team guides and influences customers to take informed decisions in the early stages of their digital transformation journey by creating a world-class engagement experience. This team is responsible for building and nurturing pipeline of sales opportunities and incremental revenue aligned with the Sales and Marketing teams, focusing on prospecting into the SAP install base and net new name accounts, while nurturing leads into qualified opportunities within their assigned space. This team drives digital and high-quality engagement with potential customers delivering superior customer experience.
A Sales Development Analyst Intern plays a crucial role in supporting public cloud sales development team’s efforts to identify and pursue new business opportunities. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales analytics, market research, and data-driven decision-making. The analyst intern will collaborate closely with the sales development team to analyze key performance indicators, assess market trends, and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

The Digital Sales Development Analyst Intern will be co-located in the SAP Digital Hub in Singapore. They will be joining in the planning and cadences to support the team and will be the future candidate pool for transition into sales development or relevant roles within SAP digital hub.

The role requires a highly passionate candidate with strategic mindset and strong business acumen. The desired candidate would possess the following profile:

  • Experience in Demand Generation or Inside Sales environment preferred
  • High volume activity working environments, involving phone and a CRM/ Contact Management System
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, presentation and writing skills
  • Highly positive “can do” attitude to make things happen and willingness to learn fast
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong project management and analytical skills, integrity and team spirit
  • Fluency in English required
  • Fluency in any other languages in Asia Pacific Japan preferre
