Our national partner company is looking for a
contract Sap Analyst
Job Summary:
Be part of our global IT team supporting the downstream and upstream Commodity Trading Risk Management organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Day to day tickets and requests (break fixes, configuration changes, etc.) – direct interaction with business customers for troubleshooting and assistance as needed
• Patches to vendor applications and accompanying infrastructure (e.g. deploy new software versions, manage on-premises and cloud infrastructure, interact with vendors, etc.)
• Enhancements to custom applications or components based on new business requirements - our analysts interact directly with business customers and architects and participate in the entire workflow: requirements gathering, solution design, solution build, testing, implementation
• Development or rollout of new applications required by strategic business growth - e.g. selection and rollout of third-party application for a new business scenario, design and build of new systems or components required for new business capabilities

Requirements:

• Working knowledge / experience of 3+ years as a functional analyst for an ERP system, in an area / module associated with Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash, Logistics processes (e.g. MM/SD SAP modules)
• Ability to perform configuration and troubleshooting of associated functionality; familiarity with document flows and associated master data
• Ability to read and debug code for troubleshooting purposes (not development) - languages such as ABAP, HTML
• Ability to write and interpret complex SQL queries for troubleshooting and analysis purposes, involving multiple tables and complex join conditions
• Basic knowledge of integration with other systems - e.g. interfaces using IDoc’s, XML’s, flat files, API’s, middleware systems such as webMethods, MuleSoft, etc.
• Degree needed
• Fluent written and verbal English skills
