The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced SAP Support Consultant – SDLE. Reporting to the SAP team lead you work across both Goodman Fielder and Wilmar Sugar business units;

Specifically you will

  • Provide SAP SD/LE support for Goodman Fielder and Wilmar Sugar business units that will enable smooth running of day-to-day business applications
  • Manage small to medium functional or technical changes including requirements gathering, specification writing, liaising with on-shore and off-shore development teams, system integration testing (SIT), supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), training documentation and delivery of the system as required
  • Provide BAU support to the business to resolve urgent and non-urgent tickets
  • Develop and maintain effective and collaborative relationships with people within the business at a user level
  • Identify improvements to reduce repetitive tickets
  • Maintaining Knowledge base – documentation
  • Improve user know-how where required

About You

  • Proven expereience working with SAP SD/LE with experience in pricing, rebates and sales order processing, EDI is essential
  • Tertiary qualification in an SAP and IT-related discipline and Industry qualification from SAP is well regarded
  • Experience and exposure to WM module in SAP will be well regarded
  • Familiarity with SAP financials is highly desired
