WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are currently looking for candidates to join our SAP team as Senior Consultants specializing in PP and Idoc for Application Support Services (AMS) for our automotive clients.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as the Support Consultant at Deloitte Central Europe
- Processing the Incidents, Change Requests, Service Requests and execution of a small-size projects
- Providing the trainings to the customers on how to operate in the system for their daily business.
- Brainstorming, designing and implementing the solution for our clients
- Acting as one single body with other colleagues to secure customers daily business and constant growth
- Direct communication with the customers with daily tasks and deadlines
- Addressing 1st level escalations and handing over to upper levels if needed
- Being up to date with service and market trends, innovations and new features
