Description:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in public administration, business administration, human resources or related field.
  • Three (3) years of increasingly responsible administrative and fiscal management experience in support of a department, division or major service area, including one (1) year in a supervisory or lead capacity.
  • Candidate selected for hire must pass a Criminal Background Check for CJIS.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience working in Oracle PeopleSoft (ERP) Financials.
  • Experience working in Ivanti Heat System.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise IT Solutions Mobility Team
  • Responding to customer inquiries.
  • Billing and invoice management of mobility accounts.
  • Reconciliation of credit card payments.
  • Taking inventory of mobility assets and properly disposing when necessary.
  • Assisting with placing orders through mobility vendor portals.
