Description:

You will lead the award winning team providing a 24 hour service and comprising of Forensic Physicians, Crisis Workers, SARC Delivery Manager and SARC Operational Manager. In addition complainants are supported by a team of adult and child Independent Sexual Violence Advisers (ISVAs) including one who specialises in supporting complainants with complex needs.
Using your leadership skills and expertise, you will take responsibility for the delivery of safe and effective clinical services ensuring all targets, performance standards, deadlines and objectives are met.
The Clinical Lead identified requirements in FFLM Quality Standards GFM & SoM
Must attend an initial accredited training courses such as the FFLM/University of Teesside one-week course in GFM and/or SOM (adult and paediatrics), before commencing unsupervised clinical work;
Obtain the FFLM Licentiate qualification- Within three years or the FFLM Membership qualification- within five years
Should complete training in statement writing and courtroom skills
Attended a FFLM approved one day Best Practice SARC/GFM day-Within 3 years.
Previously conducted SARC Forensic Medical Examinations-Peer Review of 3 from last 12 months.
