This role primarily focuses on Independence, providing an opportunity to work virtually with the PwC UK practice, to deliver a broad spectrum independence services to our UK-based people.

As an Associate / Senior Associate within the Firm & Personal Independence team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and upholding independence standards within the organisation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to Independence Queries: Promptly addressing and providing guidance on independence queries raised by the practice, ensuring adherence to relevant policies and regulations.
  • Updating Independence Systems : Regularly updating independence systems with information provided by the practice, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records to facilitate compliance monitoring.
  • Assisting Process and Project Managers : Collaborating with process and project managers to coordinate and deliver personal independence activities effectively, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Liaising with Various Teams: Facilitating communication and collaboration between teams in the UK and overseas, fostering synergy and ensuring consistency in independence practices across different regions.
  • Involvement in Ad-hoc Projects : Participating in ad-hoc projects and supporting various independence activities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving business needs.
  • Continuous Research and Stay Updated : Keeping abreast of the latest reporting developments and regulatory requirements through continuous research, enabling informed decision-making and proactive compliance measures.
