Description:

Overview:
PepsiCo is now hiring a Supply Chain Anlayst to join our team in Cork on a permanent basis.
This role is critical to global PGCS Supply Chain reporting and governance, covering Reserves, On Time Delivery, Fill Rate, Forecasting. This role also provides key training to other members of Analytics team and wider Supply Chain team.
Responsibilities:

Support/Co-ordinate support for SC Ops Leads:

  • Monthly Service metric reporting, root causing, measure system and annual target setting
  • Outbound container & Inventory NA DC tracking/reporting
  • Support ongoing Inventory & Reserves analytics for ongoing governance

Support preparation of following year’s AOP:

  • Work with SC Analytics/Demand Planning lead to define & implement the AOP preparation process for next year.
  • Co-ordination & preparation of inputs to AOP Programme Governance within the current year across Workstream leads & SC LT.
  • Co-ordination & preparation of inputs to SC Digital & Analytics Governance process and ensure timely inputs to overall PGCS Digital Governance Council to support effective decision making.

Support delivery of current year’s AOP Strategic

  • Program co-ordination of specific AOP Programs (e.g. North America E2E SC optimisation)
  • Charter preparation
  • Progress reporting
  • Risk tracking & escalation.
  • Lead designated execution workstreams within specific AOP programs.
  • Role model data driven continuous improvement across SC Ops COE pillars & Hubs.
  • SC EDM representative in supporting Graduate recruitment process and co-ordinator/mentor for Graduates while on rotation within the SC EDM team.
  • Provide analytical support for key SC strategic initiatives and complex, high-profile projects; planning and scoping several inter-related initiatives and helping senior-level business stakeholders make informed decisions.
  • Develop network in broader Global SC community to identify lift & shift opportunities to help delivery current year AOP and feed pipeline for next year AOP.
  • Perform other duties as required from time to time.
  • Comply with all PepsiCo Health & Safety standards and requirements.

Qualifications:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • 3rd level qualification in Numeric/Mathematical discipline (e.g. Finance, BIS, Engineering or Supply Chain), with a thorough understanding of Supply Chain Operations and data analytics
  • Experience of working in a large FMCG operation using SAP with hands-on experience of at least 2 SC Ops COE Pillars (e.g. Inventory, Reserves, Customer Collaboration)
  • Strong background in data driven continuous process improvement. Minimum of LSS Kaizen Leader certification
  • Knowledge and experience of SC Service KPIs – measurement system set up, reporting and target setting
  • Knowledge of Inventory & Reserves governance & reporting processes
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with experience working of in a global, cross-functional environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to clearly articulate ideas and proposals to all levels of the organization
  • Experience of working on large-scale and small-scale projects in governance and project management roles
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities on a tight timeline in a high-pressure environment

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Good presentation skills and techniques (SharePoint, PowerPoint)
  • Technical Skill Sets:
  • Experience of structured Business process analysis – translating business needs into actionable technical briefs
  • Familiarity with SAP driven E2E Supply Chain processes
  • Some functional knowledge of one or more of the following: SQL, SAP Analysis For Office, Power BI, Business Objects, Tableau
