THE ROLE:

• Provide domain, architecture, and technical aspects of projects to clients.
• Implementation experience in more than one of the following modules: ITSM, ITOM, SPM, IRM and ITAM
• Offer strategic recommendations on technical best practices and industry trends.
• Analyze and estimate time required for designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions.
• Involved in creating the overall solution architecture and documentation ensuring the solution is technologically sound and adheres to current best practice guidelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
• Develop system documentation, process flows, and design documents.
• Define the architecture of ServiceNow implementations and oversee successful deployment.
• Propose integrations with other tools.
• Manage upgrade cycles and implement new release functionalities.
• Monitor instance performance and propose improvements for end-user experience
