Responsibilities:
Microsoft Teams Room distribution pipeline development and monitoring: Execute the Lenovo and Microsoft channel-led strategies and tactics to develop the local growth of the distribution sales motion and deliver qualified sales leads via distribution to both the reseller channel and local BDM to hit MTR revenue targets.
EMEA to local JMA initiatives execution: Implement locally allocated JMA investments with all key channel stakeholders, verify the compliances with the Microsoft guidance and core GTM strategies.
Stakeholders’ management: Microsoft sales and technical alliances, Lenovo Smart Collaboration BDM and DAMs, Focus MRPPs and IT resellers and strategic distributors.
Lenovo IT reseller business development: Scaling throughout the channel on net new Smart Collaboration Experts but existing Lenovo or Microsoft IT integrators, GSI’s or resellers.
Organic distribution market share growth: awareness and market development with the identified ‘next’ MRPPs co-KPI with Microsoft
Play a major role in the delivery of the growth objectives for the DACH Smart Collaboration business by driving go-to-market activities with Key MRPPs and emerging smart collab but existing Lenovo IT resellers
Oversee projects and engagements in channel sales pipeline to successful closure by removing blockers, managing dependencies, risks, engagement and Lenovo brand impact to secure successful delivery of the growth objectives and sales plan with strategic distributors
