Description:

Overview:
The purpose of this role is to Lead PGCS’s Business Critical Planning (BCP) readiness in response to internal and external risks and execute Strategic & network capacity planning activities and key projects thus enabling surety of concentrate supply and protecting PepsiCo revenue generated by PGCS and PepsiCo product and market presence across all geographies and product portfolios.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for market & regional BCP planning and insights to ensure Supply Chain considerations and risks are embedded into these plans
  • Lead the execution of PGCS BCPs for all geographies supplied into by PGCS. This will include stakeholder alignment and execution of trial Pipeline Prioritization & Communication, Supply Chain Design validation, End 2 End project management
  • Collaborate with the BCP Strat Mgr. to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Develop, lead, and drive the PGCS data and analytics journey to enable fast and effective decision-making on matters of resilience / BCP
  • Support BCP scenario planning activities in PGCS at a functional, plant, market, and product-level (e.g. what are the products and markets we wish to protect supply for, and how do we ensure we can protect)
  • Partner with R&D, PGCS senior management and PepsiCo regions to identify supply prioritisation
  • Support risk modelling activities with data collection & analysis to identify hot spots, and opportunities to cover gaps for short and medium-terms
  • Support the PGCS completion of global BCP audits
  • Support Network capacity planning activities and key projects/activities which feed into PGCS Operational and CapEx planning
  • An ability to design, build and use visual reports and dashboards to deliver messaging up to Director level (e.g. power BI);
  • An ability to interpret big complex data sets, drawing conclusions, recommendations, and insights in a simplified manner

Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • 5+ years’ experience in an international, multi-market, multi-site Supply Chain and deep functional understanding of Supply chain activities and their interdependencies with activities of other functions.
  • A motivated self-starter with a proven track record in driving for results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office systems and SAP knowledge & experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate, influence and align teams in a matrixed organization structure.
  • Strong analytical skills, complimented by strong soft / relationship management skills
  • Proven ability to manage business complexity and multiple priorities in a dynamic and high-pressured environment.
  • Strong Change Management acumen.
  • An understanding of the PGCS Product portfolio, kit structure component make-up and ingredient structure and sourcing
  • Resilient, with flexible upbeat and positive can-do attitude.
