Scada Engineer

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, automation, computer science or a related field
• Proficiency in SCADA software platforms and knowledge in router, firewall, network switch
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation protocols (e.g., Modbus, RTU/TCP, OPCDA/UA, FTP/SFTP/ OPCDA/UA)
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems commands, and MySQL database commands.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Willingness to travel
• Proficient in English
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage to be able to communicate with China counterparts

• Interfacing with customers to help them solve the software issues during usage.
• Sort out the areas for improvement in the delivery process, provide feedback to the relevant teams and drive for continuous improvement.
• Responsible to renewable (Wind, Storage, Solar) site SCADA project implementation, including but not limited to SCADA software deployment, data acquisition testing, SCADA data verification, filling of project documents and handover to O&M team
