Responsibilities:
We are looking to hire Productions Associates for our Murrysville, PA manufacturing plant.
Working hours are 1st Shift 7am-3pm Monday through Friday
Starting pay $23.80/hr.

The responsibilities of this position are primarily to:

  • Assemble and test sub-assemblies, using various test machines, high pressure air, and various hand tools.
  • Assemble sub-assemblies and component parts using torque wrenches, vises, and various other hand / power tools
  • Perform tests, troubleshoot, visual inspections, and repair sub-assemblies and component parts as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to read and understand drawings, work instructions and test procedures
  • Proven ability to understand standard units of measure and to set-up and interpret results of various measuring devices
  • Ability to perform standard software operations including SAP
  • Ability to infrequently lift, carry, push and pull up to 30 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to lift up to 90 pounds with assistance in a team lift
  • Actively participate in problem solving & continuous improvement efforts
  • Proven ability to use power and hand tools
  • Ability to effectively communicate with various levels within the organization including training of new associates and temporary agency assignments
  • Ability to work in a team environment and to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to consistently perform work within established operational cycle times
  • Ability to wear safety glasses ANSI Z87 approved, steel toe shoes and other PPE as required
  • Must be able to assemble small subassemblies that require fine motor skills and dexterity.

Education and Experience Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year previous manufacturing or related experience
