Due to growth and movement within the team, this large and nationally recognised company based in Brisbane’s Southern Suburbs is seeking a Scheduler to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. Responsibilities:

YOUR NEW ROLE

Reporting to the Business Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless management of bookings, overseeing end-to-end processes such as receiving and entering client job bookings, assigning team members and assets, vehicle setup and allocation, and providing operational support.

Some of your key responsibilities will be:

  • Efficiently managing incoming job bookings by accurately entering client details into the system and ensuring completeness.
  • Conducting daily follow-up calls to address inquiries and concerns, maintaining positive communication with clients.
  • Matching qualified team members to specific jobs based on skills and requirements, optimising resource allocation.
  • Coordinating the allocation of vehicles, equipment, and other assets for each job, facilitating pickup or delivery as needed.
  • Monitoring policy adherence, addressing non-compliance promptly, and providing constructive feedback to enhance road crew performance.
