Responsibilities:
- Liaising & managing with our customers Rio & BHP to schedule and deploy technicians to site
- Managing customer interactions end to end over the phone and email
- Booking of flights and accommodation for the technicians
- Ensure technicians are compliant for site though site access databases
- Planning, quoting jobs, creating purchase orders, invoicing and credits
- Collaborate with internal sales team and other internal stakeholders
