CDC has a full-time opportunity for a PM Scheduling Manager at our Maplewood. This position is integral in providing an exceptional patient experience and assisting with the successful running of day-to-day operations in the clinic.

SCHEDULING COORDINATOR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two+ years’ experience in a supervisory/managerial role
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably within an office setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized and skilled at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Experienced within MS Office or other computer software

Responsibilities:

  • Manages day-to-day operations of scheduling coordinators and duties
  • In charge of training of new scheduling coordinators
  • Address patient concerns if a challenging situation arises
  • Address provider’s schedule changes to support their schedule workflow
  • Back-up for Financial Coordinator as needed
  • Inform patients of clinic protocols and procedures
  • Arrange for interpreter services as needed
  • Arrange for patient rides as needed
  • Perform all Scheduling Coordinator duties
    **Additional or different duties may be assigned from time to time
