Description:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Scheduling Skills: Ability to create complex schedules while balancing organizational needs and employee preferences.
- Documentation Skills: Proficiency in preparing policy memos and overviews.

Responsibilities:
Adjust schedules in response to special or changing circumstances after consulting with relevant parties.
Manage daily changes to schedules effectively.
Develop various schedules, including test work schedules, report meeting schedules, class schedules during report meetings, replacement staff schedules, and excursion schedules.
Communicate schedule updates promptly to teachers and students, providing additional information when necessary.
Generate overviews of all scheduling activities.
