We are seeking a permanent part time, School Officer to work as a part of our office administration team. Our ideal candidate would have a passion for learning and teaching with experience as a school office administrator an advantage.

Responsibilities:

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Student reception duties managing student inquiries.
  • Absentee reporting.
  • General school office administration duties.
  • Administrative assistance to the Senior Leadership Team.
    A cover letter addressing the criteria outlined above, should be included with your application.

To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:

  • hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
  • be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
  • have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
