This is a great opportunity for a Finance Officer to join this amazing school as soon as possible.
The role is full time from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Following are some of the responsibilities for this role:

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to prepare the financial submissions to support grant applications
  • Track hours worked on relevant projects
  • Identify and track capital and operational expenditure associated with the project
  • Produce financial summaries on a quarterly basis to review progress on each project
  • Prepare grant claims and review with management, ensuring that all appropriate backup is available
  • Allow all information provided to be reviewed and processed
  • Deal with any auditor queries
  • Assisting in delivering the project to move to electronic invoicing
