School Receptionist, Starting August 2024

We are looking to hire a dedicated Receptionist to join us at the American Creativity Academy!

QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree. Basic computer skills required. Knowledge of Microsoft windows including word processing, electronic spreadsheets, E-mail, etc. Understanding of standard office equipment (telephones, dictation equipment, FAX and copying machines, typewriter, calculator, etc.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Bilingual (Arabic / English) preferred. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

• Provides general receptionist duties in greeting visitors and dispensing general school information.
  Salary range is 300 KWD - 355 KWD per month, depending upon educational credentials and years of related experience.
