We offer our own Student Care and Early Years programmes, as well as enrichment and tuition activities from best-in-class education providers. We help students learn, and develop life skills and competencies, whilst nurturing their physical health and well-being.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A happy, driven, energetic mindset, with an ability to deal with unforeseen circumstances creatively and come up with practical solutions
  • Ability to work on certain weekdays after school hours as well as weekend mornings as well as weekday mornings during primary school holidays
  • Strong comfort with using relevant technology and software applications
  • Previous experience in program coordination, preferably in an educational or enrichment setting, is a plus but not a requirement

Responsibilities:

ROLE

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as a Programme Coordinator. As the coordinator of our school enrichment courses, held after school hours on specific days of the week and on weekends, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth flow of classes at schools and handling all related issues. This role requires excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate classroom assignments, equipment needs, and ensure a safe and conducive learning environment
  • Collaborate with school administration, teachers, and staff to ensure that program schedules are followed, including class timings, student check-ins and room allocations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for instructors, ensure that they are punctual; furthermore, ensure that student attendance is accurately recorded
  • Field any on site inquiries from parents/students/teachers and collaborate with our central team to ensure prompt resolution
  • Assist with the collection and processing of program feedback and ensure that accurate records are maintained
