Requirements:
- Degree in Business or Life Sciences
- Proven experience working in a Project Manager/Coordinator role in the pharmaceutical industry or in publishing/editorial role
- Strong interpersonal and communicational skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a very strong client focus
- Strong sense of accountability, prioritisation and continuous improvement mindset
- Experience working in an agile environment, knowledge in the scrum framework is a plus
- Fluency in English and Hungarian
Responsibilities:

- Manage publication activities throughout the whole project life-cycle and across therapeutic fields
- Collaborate closely with global stakeholders
- Manage he end-to-end publication development process, including implementation and monitoring of KPIs,
- Support the execution of planning cycles, including organizing and facilitating meetings with the Implementation Team author team as needed.
- Assist Scientific Communications Leaders in creating and updating publication plans to ensure transparency regarding timelines and budgets
- Manage internal and external stakeholders (Medical Communication Agencies)
- Manage the end-to-end process for individual publications, from initiation to approval, ensuring consistent utilization of the publication management system and coordinating reviews, distributing publication drafts, and consolidating feedback.
- Maintain a database to identify strategies for reducing the time from initiation to completion of publication activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Medical Affairs and related functions to understand broader tool and process changes, gathering data from the publication process to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
