EXPERIENCE (PROFICIENCY)
- Preferred: 2 years working within cell line development or upstream process development team
- Minimum: 1 years working relevant laboratory environment.
Experience/Education:
- Degree in appropriate scientific discipline or relevant experience
Responsibilities:
- Assist in design, execution, analysis and documentation of experimental work related to cell line development including, vector construction, transfection/transformation, single cell cloning.
- Assist in design, execution, analysis and documentation of experimental work related to cell culture and fermentation process development, including developing robust inoculum expansion and fermentation processes suitable for clinical drug substance manufacture.
- Support manufacture of clinical drug substances.
- Work in compliance with GxP/EHS requirements and report any compliance concerns to your line-manager, Quality Assurance Compliance or Health and Safety team.
- Work with cross functional teams at departmental level to progress IPSEN’s biologics pipeline.
- Work with other site functions to support IPSEN’s biologics pipeline requirements.
- Work with third parties in order to progress BPD activities, including review of proposals, protocols and reports.
