OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking a Scientist Immunopeptidomics & Proteomics* to strengthen our team in the research and development of innovative immunotherapeutic products. You will work in Tuebingen (Germany) in an interdisciplinary environment with colleagues from all research and preclinical/ clinical development departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Characterization of HLA presented peptides using Immatics’ proprietary absolute quantitation technology (AbsQuant®) to identify and validate the best targets for clinical development
  • Development and validation of new proteomics & peptidomics methodologies for target characterization using a diverse set of protein chemistry and mass spectrometry techniques
  • Coordination and project management of target characterization activities involving stakeholders from different departments and disciplines
  • Contribution to the elucidation of the biological mechanisms of novel cryptic targets using various Omics datasets integrated in Immatics’ XPRESIDENT® target discovery and validation platfor
