About The Role
We are looking for a Scientist I who is highly motivated and detail-oriented to join our dynamic method development team. In this role, you will primarily assist in the development of bioanalytical methods using LC-MS/MS.

What You’ll Do Here

  • Develop robust bioanalytical methods for both small and large molecules using LC-MS/MS.
  • Conduct sample preparation, analysis, and data interpretation in accordance with project timelines and quality standards.
  • Operate and maintain instruments independently, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Assist and mentor lab analysts.
  • Write, review, and update method SOPs as required.
  • Participate in client meetings, conferences, and scientific outreach.
  • Carry out applicable work in compliance with SOPs, GCPs, GLPs, and observe all company guidelines and policies.
  • Stay updated on new SOPs, procedures, and techniques through training sessions, team meetings, and internal communication channels.
  • Uphold Health and Safety standards, including personal protection and laboratory maintenance.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s or preferably a Graduate degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related field is required.
  • Candidate must possess at least 2 years of industry experience in a bioanalytical laboratory.
  • Proficiency in sample extraction workflows (e.g., PPT, SPE, LLE) and analytical techniques (e.g., UPLC/HPLC and Triple Quad/HRMS Mass Spectrometry) is essential.
  • The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, eager to explore and learn new skills, and able to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
