Description:

This position is responsible for ensuring all administrative and support functions are completed for the department. Responsibilities may include providing assistance to support applicant screening with our community teams in an effort to achieve or maintain daily, weekly, and monthly targets and responding to inquiries (via phone and/or email). Additional responsibilities may also include partnering directly with community managers and their associates on various issues, as well as reviewing applicant/resident files for proper documentation and ensuring they are in compliance with all applicable laws and department policies.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Team Member may be responsible for any combination of duties listed below:
1. Respond promptly to community inquiries according to level of urgency and date submitted; properly recording detail of actions taken.
2. Provide Screening help desk support by receiving and processing screening files and/or update requests, responding to user requests and questions, researching and correcting system problems and following up with the end users to ensure satisfactory resolution of systems-related issues.
3. Prepare documents, letters, and other communication materials for internal and external distribution; types and spell- checks documents, complies with SLA expectations and any relevant document retention policies.
4. Complete projects, tasks, assignments, and other work that is unique to the department; follows departmental policies and procedures, and meets standards, metrics, and other benchmarks used within the department for evaluating performance and results.
5. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments including organization of and participation in weekly departmental meetings.
6. Distributes essential documentation related to applicant screening as necessary including revisions to existing documents, creation of documents unique to specific programs or jurisdictions, and ensures new communities onboarding with Greystar have the required policies ready to distribute when management begins.
7. Enter data into internal systems and support documentation received ensuring accuracy of information.

The hourly range for this position is $18.70 - $21.00
Compensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for an annual performance bonus that is based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for a discretionary weekly, monthly and/or quarterly bonus based on budget.
