We are currently looking for Scrum Master - Business Applications who will join our Global IT.
We are seeking a talented and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic and global organization. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the success of our agile development teams located across borders. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a group of three Scrum Masters, driving change management and actively contributing to the implementation and improvement of our agile ways of working.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a servant leader for two-three agile development teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Guide the teams in the adoption and adherence to Scrum principles and agile practices.
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Identify and remove any impediments or obstacles that may hinder the team’s progress.
  • Coach and mentor team members on agile practices, ensuring a deep understanding of the Scrum framework.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective prioritization of work.
  • Promote continuous improvement by driving retrospectives and facilitating the implementation of actionable improvements.Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and trust within the development teams and across the organization.
