JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for certified, top-tier Scrum Master who will guide and support teams through the agile process, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development or technology-driven environment, leading multiple agile teams.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required; additional certifications such as Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) preferred!
  • Solid understanding of agile principles, values, and frameworks, with practical experience implementing Scrum, Kanban, or other agile methodologies.
  • Consistent track record of successfully facilitating agile ceremonies, resolving impediments, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Superb communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams towards shared goals!
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities and deadlines.
  • Passion for agile excellence, continuous learning, and staying updated on industry trends and standard methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a dedicated Scrum Master for multiple teams, guiding them through the agile process and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and mentorship to team members, product owners, and collaborators on agile principles, values, and practices.
  • Empower teams to self-organize, make decisions, and continuously improve their processes and performance.
  • Develop collaboration and alignment across cross-functional teams, promoting transparency, exchanged opinions, and collective accountability.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, development teams, and other stakeholders to prioritize backlog items, refine requirements, and deliver value iteratively.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and organizational change, advocating for agile standard methodologies and driving initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.
  • Facilitate discussions and retrospectives to reflect on team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement actionable solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, fostering trust, clarity, and effective communication.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies effectively, proactively addressing any issues or concerns that may impact project delivery
