INFOSYS IS SEEKING A SCRUM MASTER

This position’s primary responsibility will be to work with key stakeholders and coordinate for day-to-day deliverables for the team. The chosen candidate will work with business and help them prioritize roadmap along with Product Owner to increase Agility. In this role you will help teams to practice values and principles of Agile and become more Agile. He/She will need to effectively facilitate all Scrum ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Daily Stand Up, Sprint Review/Demo and Retrospective meeting. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• CSM or equivalent certification
• Experience as Scrum Master

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 4 to 8 years of experience in Project Lifecycles on development & maintenance projects, estimation methodologies, quality processes.
• At least 4 to 8 years of experience as Scrum Master Facilitating ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand up, demos and retrospective).
• Knowledge of one or more programming languages,
• Knowledge of architecture frameworks, and design principles; ability to comprehend & manage technology, performance engineering.
• Experience in project planning and scheduling; manage tasks and coordinate project resources to meet objectives and timelines.
• Work with business and technology subject matter experts to assess requirements, define scope, create estimates, and produce project charters.
• Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies is a pre-requisite.
• Awareness of latest technologies and trends.
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.
• Experience in Project Management, Agile Framework, Comfortable with Rally, Confluence, Jira.
• Knowledge of Core Java, Java Script, HTML, SQL, Share Point.
• Experience in banking domain.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and debugging skills.
• Good knowledge on software configuration management systems.
• Good customer orientation with high quality awareness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
