Description:
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
We are a growing an exciting unit called Enterprise Integration that own API and Integration technology development across a number of strategic integration platforms and products. We are building a team of creative, like-minded technology enthusiasts who have the skills and capabilities to deliver industry leading software solutions to meet the current and future needs of a market leading Digital Relationship Bank. We have fully embraced Agile ways of working such as Scrum, DevOps and CI/CD in a highly collaborative team environment.
You will be responsible for supporting the development and maturity of our Agile Engineering Capability through facilitating and guiding the work of an Agile Team(s) in delivering value through Scrum and ensuring we deliver on our commitments.
Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Manage and optimise the flow of value delivered by our Scrum teams
- Capture team metrics and track progress of feature & story execution
- Oversee and manage scope, timeline, quality, goals and deliverables that support the business
- Facilitate and coordinate all Scrum ceremonies
- Summarize team objectives and publish them for visibility and transparency across our multi-vendor teams
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles/impediments for the Scrum team
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks, mindset shifts and promote self-organization- drive teams to a higher level of Agile maturity
- Help to manage risks and dependencies
- Provide input on estimation and resourcing to address critical bottlenecks
- Work with Product Management, Product Owners, and other key stakeholders to help deliver on strategy and execution
