Description:

Do you have experience with acting as a servant leader for one or two Scrum Teams – and do you have a passion for delivering PI Objectives and Sprint Goals together with your team? Then this position may be something for you!
As a Scrum Master, you will join our Logistics Agile Release Train (ART) and become part of the Warehouse Area where we have an ambitious agenda from automation to warehouse system update implementation.
The purpose of the individual team varies, but the overall purpose of our Logistics Agile Release Train (ART) is to enable the business in the best way by standardizing ways of working and implementing software and platforms for the supply chain to service the end-customers.

You will become part of:

  • Logistics ART team – which consists of approx. 20 internals and a higher number of externals. All working towards the same goal of creating better logistics solutions.
  • Scrum Master group of 5, where we support each other and spare on how we best support our teams.
  • Arla IT, which consists of roughly 550 IT professionals.

Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN LOGISTIC ART?

As a Scrum Master, you are responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the agile methods and processes in your teams.

Additionally, you will be:

  • Driving efficiency and focus by challenging priorities and keeping the team aligned with agreed-upon goals.
  • Facilitating planning, demo sessions, backlog refinement, and stand-up meetings, resolving any issues or misunderstandings.
  • Enhancing transparency and engagement through effective internal and external communication with stakeholders.
  • Supporting and educating product owners in timely refinement and engagement with the product backlog and vision.
  • Leading and coaching the team in agile adaptation, striving to get the team to work as a self-organized team
