QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED :

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a combination of industry-related professional experience and education.
• 5+ years of demonstrated working experience as a Scrum Master and Scrum Master with Kanban.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal.
• Experience working with teams applying test automation, continuous integration, and continuous delivery capabilities to achieve delivery speed and operational stability.
• Experience using Lean/Agile collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence and others – a must.
• Demonstrated work experience in one or more Lean-Agile methods or frameworks.
• Demonstrated work experience with Agile scaling frameworks, preferably SAFe.
• Demonstrated work experience as a Scrum Master.
• Technical knowledge of Python and Java background.ScrumMaster Certification (CSM)

• Organize and facilitate key scrum ceremonies
• Ensures that the Sprint artifacts are delivered according to sprint and program increment goals
• Guide team in time estimating practices and facilitate team estimates
• Create or analyze business requirements documents and project timelines
• Leverage Agile methods with a strong focus on flow, deliver incrementally, frequently
• Work with team leads and business stakeholders to resolve people problems and project roadblocks
• Collaborates with the Project Owner and the Project Manager to complete and deliver the sprint report to external stakeholders
• Find methods to effectively manage the product backlog
• Drive team iteration execution, communicate with management and stakeholders, ensure changes are evaluated/intentional
