• Excellent Communicator and must be master at articulation.
• Responsible for providing oversight in the key areas of upholding and facilitating Scrum Principles, sprint and release planning, deployment planning, communication and reporting, and agile process improvements and standards.
• Collaboration with the Client leadership team for upcoming initiatives to help define, plan, and position teams for success in a proactive manner.
• Single point of contact for the Client development team
• Delivery oversight, scope management & risk mitigation
• Ensure cross-team alignment and cohesion.
• Create and manage the ADO board for Client Product Roadmap
• Remove the impediments for the dev team.
• Create and manage the progress of PBIs.
• Attend Ryder meetings for support and coordination functions.
