Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a Scrum team of DevOps engineers, Developers, QA and collaborate with business and project stakeholders as a Scrum Master.
  • Plan, track and update all the Scrum activities in ADO and keep them up-to-date. Extract different matrices and report to senior project stakeholders.
  • Plan, track the project deliverables as part of Scrum process and coordinate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery of software releases.
  • Work with Product Owners (PO) in managing the product backlog to ensure it is properly prioritized.
  • Implement Project requirements, both functional, security and any other measures and best practices to applications in compliance with industry standards.
  • Leverage their assigned project management and agile knowledge to identify, escalate, and remove team impediments that jeopardize sprint goals.
  • Continuously evaluate and adopt new DevOps tools and technologies to enhance the development and deployment processes.
  • Plan and facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions within the team to enhance technical skills and promote a culture of learning.
  • Identify any risks and come up with appropriate mitigations.
  • Coordinate any production releases with release managers and work on putting changes live in Production as part of the product implementations plans.
