We are looking for a

• Guiding the team in achieving their highest potential by fostering an environment of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate Agile events; Including dailies, planning, and retrospectives.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to the development team, encouraging self-organization and ownership.
• Identify and remove any obstacles or impediments that may hinder the team’s progress.
• Work collaboratively with product owners, stakeholders, and other development teams to determine the most effective methods for delivering value to customers
