JOB SUMMARY AND QUALIFICATIONS

As a Scrum Master in Google Cloud Platform, you will serve as facilitator for agile teams working under the scrum methodology. You are responsible for understanding the big development picture of each sprint. Scrum Master bridge the needs of product management, sales, marketing, operations, and product development.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Google Cloud Platform experience is preferred
  • 5 years or more experience in Project Manager/Scrum Manger
  • Proven experience as an HR Project Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with HR software and technology
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex HR requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Guide and coach the development team and product owner on Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Remove impediments to the team’s progress and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Maintain and update Agile metrics to track team progress.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze product requirements.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with development teams to prioritize and groom the product backlog.
  • Assist in defining and executing the product roadmap.
  • Analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead and manage HR technology projects, ensuring successful implementation and delivery.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into project plans.
  • Oversee the development and enhancement of HR software products and solutions.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, to integrate HR systems seamlessly.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of HR processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain data integrity within HR systems.
  • Provide training and support to HR teams on new technologies and systems.
  • Evaluate and select HR software solutions that align with organizational needs.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in HR.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that outline project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and goals.
  • Allocate resources and manage project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Lead project teams and provide guidance and support to team members.
  • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices and standards.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
