Responsibilities:
INTRODUCTION TO THE ROLE:
Tailored for those with a passion for agile methodologies and a knack for facilitation, this internship offers a comprehensive introduction to Scrum mastery. Guided by seasoned professionals, you’ll immerse yourself in diverse projects, exploring concepts such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings. Anticipate hands-on experience in leading agile teams, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, all within a flexible remote environment.
YOUR ROLE:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
- Guide and support agile teams in adhering to Scrum practices and principles.
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress and project delivery.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and refine product backlogs.
- Track and analyze agile metrics to measure team performance and project success.
- Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
