DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

• Ensure that Scrum events such as Daily Scrum, Retro, Sprint Planning, etc. take place.
• Solve problems (called impediments) so that the Scrum team is not prevented from working.
• Support stakeholders in understanding and implementing Scrum methodology and empirical product development
• Create an understanding of product planning in the empirical work environment
• Lead and coach stakeholders in the introduction of the Scrum methodology
• Plan Scrum implementations and improve their effectiveness
• Ensure that the objectives, scope and product domain of the Scrum team are known and understood
• Promote self-organization and cross-functional working in Scrum teams
• Support the Scrum team in the development of high-quality products
• Impart techniques for effective product backlog management.
• Communicate the need for clear product backlog documentation with concise entries
• Help organize and implement Scrum methodology events.
