JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you passionate about guiding and supporting a diverse, cross-functional software team in achieving success? We are seeking a Scrum Master (m/f/d) located in Bruchsal to enable our Scrum Team to improve its practices within the Scrum framework to ensure seamless delivery of exceptional products (software for motion applications).

For this position you have experience in working in agile teams, either as a Scrum Master, Product Owner or Developer. Ideally, you have relevant experience in applying Scrum and scaling Scrum with either LeSS, Nexus or Scrum@Scale.

  • Fluent English skills. German skills are an advantage

Responsibilities:

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Provide unwavering support to cross-functional software teams as they work towards their goals.
  • Ensure Scrum events take place and create a space for open communication and idea exchange.
  • Causing removal of impediments that hinder team progress, ensuring smooth workflow and continuous improvement & learning.
  • Foster collaboration within and across teams, promoting unity and knowledge sharing on a division-wide level.
  • Facilitating stakeholder collaboration and removing barriers between stakeholders and the team.
