Responsible for assisting a self-organizing, self-managing team to achieve their delivery goals through teaching and coaching team practices, implementing and supporting Agile principles and practices, facilitating key ceremonies and workshops, identifying, and eliminating impediments, and facilitating effective flow of value.Also work with the extended Scrum Master community, including Release Train Engineers and Solution Architects, to increase the effectiveness of Agile across the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to our Release Train Engineer/Agile Coach, you will work closely with our highly experienced delivery team and collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business to support our delivery goals through coaching team practices, implementing and supporting Agile principles and practices.

You will be responsible for:

  • Facilitating workshops and presentations, engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Fostering high-performing teams through coaching and conflict resolution.
  • Drive team progress towards goals, challenging old norms for improved performance.
  • Support Agile adoption and implementation aligned with Lean Agile principles.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts, enabling teams to innovate and problem-solve effectively.
  • Facilitate key events and ceremonies including the daily stand up, iteration planning, iteration review, iteration retrospective and Scrum of Scrums
  • Eliminate impediments by supporting the team in addressing and eliminating issues
  • Shield the team from external interference and distractions to enable effective flow of value.
