Description:

Job Purpose:
We are looking for a Scrum Master who will help us to foster Agile principles in our development teams. Our Scrum Masters focus on promoting and helping understand Scrum as a framework for better delivery of value within the whole company. They help development teams to be self-organized and able to deliver high value while removing impediments and facilitating Scrum events.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
  • You are communicative, facilitative, assertive and have the ability to bring transparency to team development
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Passion for continuous learning and improvement
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar tools is an advantage
  • You have very good verbal and written English proficiency (B2)
  • A Czech/Slovak speaker is preferred
  • This role offers a flexible hybrid working model

Responsibilities:

  • Guide the team towards improving the way they work and encourage the team to be self-organizing and innovative
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies
  • Ensure cross-team coordination happens and remove impediments when necessary
  • Coach and mentor team members (developers and Product Owners) to adopt and improve Agile practices
  • Liaise between architects, developers, testers, and UX designers
  • Work closely with Product Owners to refine and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear communication between stakeholders and the development team
  • Act as a champion of Agile values and principles for the team and within the organization
  • Continuously learn about new Agile techniques and tools, participating in internal and external Agile communities
