The Impact: Global Intelligence & Analytics business plays a crucial role in providing customers with data and insights on critical macro topics like economics, risk, trade, industry, supply chain, and shipping intelligence.
As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating and coaching Scrum teams in the delivery of high-quality software products. You will work closely with product owners, developers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Facilitate and coach Scrum teams in the adoption of Scrum practices;
Work with product owners to create and refine product backlogs;
Help teams to plan and estimate sprints;
Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning meetings, sprint review meetings, and sprint retrospective meetings;
Remove impediments to team progress;
Help teams to continuously improve their processes;
Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
