We are looking for a Scrum Master who wants to be part of Tietoevry Tech Services and our unit Software Engineering. Tietoevry Tech Services drives enterprise-wide transformation across customers’ business processes, applications, and infrastructure.

When joining Tietoevry Tech Services as a Scrum Master:

• You will be a part of a Tietoevry-team with experienced and senior colleagues having different roles within software and technology consulting domain. We are working in close collaboration and continuously share experiences and knowledge.
• The Scrum Master role typically include facilitating agile ceremonies, coaching and mentoring, removing impediments, promoting continuous improvement, facilitating communication and collaboration with agile team and stakeholders, ensuring adherence to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices. Role may vary based on the specific context and needs of the customer organization and ways of working.
• There may be possibility to work or develop into other SAFe-oriented roles such as Release Train Engineer and Product Owner/Manager.

The position does not involve extensive travel.

Who we are looking for:

• Solid understanding of SAFe and experience from Scrum Master role in large organizations. Experience from Release Train Engineer role is meretricious.
• Comfortable to work with structured and analytical approach, supported by relevant tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
• With our great customer focus, you need to be service and business oriented, social, have a positive attitude, and good sense of detail and quality.
• You are interested to learn new things and seeing the benefits of sharing knowledge and experience.

• You have good communicative properties, fluent language skills in English and preferably one Nordic language

  We also believe you have:

• Willingness or experience working as a consultant

• Experience from complex, ideally international, business and IT environment
• Experience from Telecom operators. Knowledge of Telecom IT and/or Telecom networks is strongly beneficial
