Position reports to Pleasanton, CA- Onsite position
Below is the annual On Target Compensation (OTE) range for candidates located in Pleasanton, California. Your specific OTE, which is inclusive of base salary ($52,000-$60,000) and incentive compensation, will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and performance.

WHO WE ARE SEARCHING FOR:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in an enterprise software or SaaS sales environment.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the beauty, wellness, and fitness industry.
  • Experience in upselling or cross-selling environments.
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting, meeting, or exceeding targets.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce and other sales productivity tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.
