Hi there! We are Scale Up and our client is looking for a Sales Development Representative!

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. The SDR will play a crucial role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up appointments for our sales team.
This role will be responsible for meeting quarterly KPI goals and demonstrating a clear understanding of the sales process along with product and service value propositions and identifying the ideal customer profile for our company.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • ADVANCED oral and written English Level.
  • Experience in a Business Development or similar role, with a proven track record of generating new business in the B2B sector.
  • Strong experience with prospecting techniques and CRM tools.
  • Preference for candidates with a technology background or SaaS experience.
  • Preference for candidates with experience working for US/Canada companies and operating within a remote setting.
  • Fearlessness - willing to hop on the phone with new people every single day
  • Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to deal with rejection.
  • Organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline through various channels, including cold calling and emails.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and how our solutions can meet those needs.
  • Be responsible for educating, developing, and penetrating markets and qualified prospects.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions and progress.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for pipeline generation.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for pipeline development.
  • Provide insights and feedback from the market to help shape future sales and marketing strategies.
