REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as an SDR or in a similar sales role, preferably with B2B experience.
  • Experience selling to government entities is highly preferred.
  • Excellent command of English with minimal accent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and convey technical concepts.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven.
  • Comfortable with remote work and possessing a reliable home office setup.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools (Hubspot).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential clients within the government sector.
  • Identify and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of RoverPass products and services.
  • Effectively communicate the value propositions to prospective clients.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
  • Track and manage leads in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries.
